Counter-Notification Procedure:

If your content has been removed or disabled, and you believe this removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification by providing the following:

• Identification of the content that has been removed and its location before removal.
  
  
  

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  
  
  

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  
  
  

• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your jurisdiction and accepting service of process from the party who submitted the original infringement notification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Sendgoat LLC may forward it to the original complainant, who then has ten (10) business days to inform us that they have filed legal action relating to the allegedly infringing content. If Sendgoat LLC does not receive notice of legal action, the content may be restored within 10–14 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy:

Sendgoat LLC maintains a strict policy against repeat infringement. Users who repeatedly violate copyrights will have their accounts or access terminated.
